Privacy policy
This policy explains what information INTAAS Corporation ("INTAAS", "we") collects on intaas.com and how we use it. Each INTAAS product site (such as WebandMe.com, AI2Training.com and AI2Domain.com) has its own privacy policy that applies when you use that product.
What we collect
- Newsletter. When you subscribe to The INTAAS Brief we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your first name. We send you a confirmation link first, and you are only added to the list after you click it. We keep a record of when you asked and when you confirmed.
- Demo requests. When you submit the demo form we collect your name, email address, and, if you provide them, your company, role, the products you selected and any note you write.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To confirm your request and schedule the demo you asked for.
- To send The INTAAS Brief newsletter if you confirmed your subscription, and updates about products you asked to see. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to contact@intaas.com.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We use Resend to deliver email and Replit to host this site. These providers process data on our behalf only to provide their services.
How long we keep it
We keep demo request details for as long as needed to schedule and follow up on your demo, and then for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by replying to any email from us or by writing to contact@intaas.com.
